Anna Culpepper lives in Fairfax, VA, and is treasurer of Rising Phoenix Performers.  She obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Randolph Macon College and has a Masters in Museum Studies, from George Washington University. Her background is in the visual arts, and she has participated in events at Art Space Herndon. Anna has supported the Sun Dance Performance Company for many years as the sound technician for their performances at the Herndon Senior Center, and is using her background in non-profit fundraising to build up Rising Phoenix Performers.
